Above you’ll watch her final set, which is a max out set, where she gets to do as many clean reps as possible.

‘Clean’ meaning the reps have to be performed with good technique.

We don’t do ‘ugly strength’ at CHT.

At 60 kilos bodyweight this well an truly puts her at a double bodyweight deadlift – not bad huh 🙂
